Apart from this, the authority should take necessary action for imposing considerable monetary fines for the incident of sexual harassment. These actions would be exemplary in order to warn their actors in refraining from the acti vities of sexual harassment (Swift 53). The actions also establish fair and transparent policies of the studio against the offences related to sexual harassment. Marwan’s allegations and probable court proceedings Considering the case of sexual harassment of the junior female actor by Marwan, there has been allegation and counter allegation from both the parties.
